Benedicta Ogundipe has over the last decade and a half enjoyed a rewarding and fulfilling role as a Real Estate Attorney, Company Secretary and Legal Adviser. She is proficient in legal services, organizational development and strategic planning, an authority on the Local and International real estate business environment and is very knowledgeable about new trends and dynamics of the sector.
Benedicta’s exceptional ability to conceptualize business formats and implement them with hands-on legal experience and knowledge has aided her in establishing legal, corporate and administrative systems cum procedural standards in the real estate world.
Benedicta started her legal practice in 2009 as a Legal Intern at Solola & Akpana and later joined The Chambers of Ubong Akpan as a Counsel in Chambers in 2010.
In 2011, she left core litigation practice to join the corporate world of real estate when she was appointed as the Head of Legal Services, Organization Development & Strategic Planning at Nice Dreams Properties Ltd. She later joined Adron Homes and Properties Ltd in 2015 as Regional Manager, Lagos Island until she left in 2019 to join 360winestate limited as Chief Legal Executive.
She joined Marblewood Homes and Property Management Company Ltd in 2022 as Company Secretary and legal adviser. Benedicta continues to utilize her proven abilities gained over the years in the Real Estate Industry to establish highly specialised legal and administrative systems and procedures to bring about continued growth at Marblewood Homes.
